Nanotechnology - Tiny Science: Big Ideas
The goal of this section is to familiarize participants with the emerging field of nanotechnology with a focus on the mathematical skills needed to understand it. Topics include conceptual demonstrations of nano-fabrication and nanostructures along with descriptions of real-life applications of nanotechnology developed by UCR researchers. Inexpensive materials will be provided that can be used in the classroom along with a list of resources for demonstrations
